Achieving Carbon Neutrality Student Ambassador Training Scheme 2025/26

09/05/2026

The Achieving Carbon Neutrality Student Ambassador Training Scheme 2025/26 equips students with the knowledge, mindset, and practical experiences needed to act as ambassadors for climate action. Through a blend of face-to-face learning and online sessions, participants deepened their understanding of carbon neutrality, environmental stewardship, and how technology and community initiatives can reduce climate impact.

Students first visited the Kowloon Bay Electrical and Mechanical Headquarters, where they observed updated systems for producing cool air and appreciated how modern engineering supports energy efficiency. They also visited Ocean Park to learn about biodiversity and the importance of protecting diverse ecosystems, connecting environmental conservation with climate resilience. In addition, students toured green technology companies to learn how environmental innovations help address climate change, including approaches that support lower-carbon lifestyles and improved sustainability practices.
