Chinese New Year English Couplet Writing

This Lunar New Year, the English Department hosted a special activity: English Couplet Writing on 30 January, 2026. Teachers and students gathered to write beautiful, lucky messages in English, blending Chinese tradition with creativity. The room buzzed with joyful collaboration as we searched for perfect words of blessing, prosperity, and hope for the Year of the Horse. It was a wonderful, meaningful time of shared celebration. These poetic messages, now displayed proudly, carry our warmest wishes. They remind us that goodwill transcends language, and that new traditions can be born from cultural harmony.
