CUHK Fung Yuen Butterfly Survey Training Program
The CUHK Fung Yuen Butterfly Survey Training Program provided an enriching experience for five KTMC students, deepening their understanding of biodiversity and butterfly conservation. Throughout this journey, they engaged in the classification and identification of various butterfly species, attending lectures and field trips organized by the Fung Yuen Butterfly Reserve.
Their participation in the CUHK butterfly survey project not only enhanced their practical skills but also emphasized the importance of service and resilience in environmental education. By actively contributing to conservation efforts, these students learned valuable lessons about the importance of our ecosystems and the role of individuals in fostering sustainable practices, ultimately shaping their commitment to environmental stewardship..
