Joint school social service and life education projects
During this school year, CYC and the UNICEF Club collaborated with other schools to launch a series of social service and life education projects, all of which wrapped up successfully this summer. These projects included:
Joint School Elderly Service Project with St. Paul's School (Lam Tin): Students prepared gifts for their visit to an elderly home and organized games and handicraft activities to share joyful moments with the seniors.
Serving the Elderly with Dementia with Kowloon True Light School: Students experienced the symptoms of dementia through VR technology and designed handicraft activities and simple exercises to support elderly people living with dementia.
"The Final Passage – A Journey of Reflection" with Pui Ching Middle School, St. Francis Xavier's College, and St. Rose of Lima's College: Students led a life education project that encouraged personal reflection. By exploring the final words of individuals from diverse backgrounds, they were inspired to think deeply about what truly matters in life
