Dr. Angela Mai-Yan Yuen, Associate Head (Teaching and Learning) at the Department of Chemistry (the University of Hong Kong) has been invited to give a science talk regarding Molecular Gastronomy: The Science of Cooking and an admission talk of the Science programmes offered by HKU.
Over 60 Form five and Form four Chemistry students have joined and actively participated in the seminar by answering questions, assisting the speaker to do the demonstration and raising enquiries about the prospects of studying Science at HKU.
