The Reading Captain Award - Joyful Thousand-Mile Reading Cruise Reading Award Scheme (EDB)

Ten students participated in the 2025/26 “Joyful Thousand-Mile Reading Cruise” Reading Award Scheme organised by the Education Bureau and received the Reading Captain Award. These students read widely across a variety of literary genres and materials from different key learning areas. Through multimodal reading, they have been encouraged to develop active reading habits and deepen their reading experiences, thereby further consolidating their reading ability and enhancing their language literacy. Their achievements are reflected in the number of miles they accumulated in the reading scheme, ranging from 1,230 miles to 5,490 miles. Great readers!
